Each team, is given a remote control handset. This handset allows the group to answer each diversity trivia question as a group to win points. The team with the most points wins the grand prize.

Each trivia question is seen on a huge projection screen. Each team selects from the multiple choice answers. The correct answer wins points for the team. The team wit the most points wins the prize. Show length is 60-75 minutes.

Thomas Bresadola is a certified Diversity Trainer. Thomas Bresadola brings real energy to a very delicate topic. By utilizing the interactive ability of the game show system, Thomas engages the audience to gaining an understanding of what diversity is, why it is important and what kind of results can be achieved with it.

During the performance, different groups are ask to come to the stage and perform fun and enlightening experiments involving diversity and inclusion. These quirky and fun skits really demonstrate what each one of us has experienced regarding fear, intimidation and discrimination and how our own positive strengths overcome these situations. Short discussions ensue after each experiment to reinforce the lesson learned.

Interspersed throughout Thomas Bresadola presentation is the game show trivia. A short discussion regarding why an answer is correct over the other answers is followed up after each question. Performance length is 75 - 90 minutes.
