Before we can even tell you about our edutainment Diversity game
show, we must first ask what is diversity to you?

Fairness and equality for people of color and woman?

It's about people with disabilities?

It's about gay and lesbian rights?

If you agree with the above and you agree that diversity is inclusionary,
then what about the people who do not fit into the above category's?
You are excluding people instead of including!

You see, the meaning of Diversity has change dramatically from the early days of the '70's and '80's where the majority of the emphasis of diversity training was mainly on race and gender issues. This type of training ended up being about making someone who is white feel bad. And with that type of diversity training, its no wonder that diversity has become such a delicate topic.

Our diversity game show is a far cry from the in your face don't hate me, don't bash me, don't look. talk or come near me days. The "IT's ALL ABOUT YOU DIVERSTY GAME SHOW" focus' on the positive accomplishments of diversity in all people and demonstrating the need for total inclusion.
